Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

• Appointments can only be rescheduled within 30 days

Deposits & Refunds

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment

• Deposits go toward your total balance

• Deposits are forfeited if you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up

Payments

• Your remaining balance can be paid via cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Chime

• If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount

• A $1 fee will be added for digital payments

Appointments & Availability

• Same-day, last-minute, or appointments outside of normal hours are an additional $20

• Booking calendar is updated monthly

Late Policy

• Please arrive on time!

• After 10 minutes late, a $10 fee will be added

• After 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited

Clean Face & Brows

• Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face

• Brows should be groomed beforehand

  • If not, a simple brow cleanup is available for $5

No Extra Guests

• No extra guests allowed (including children) unless they are being serviced

• A $10 fee will be added for unapproved guests

Inspiration Photos

• You may send inspiration photos ahead of time

• They will be used as a reference while customizing your look to fit your features and preferences
